Returns & Exchanges


Returned products must be unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We offer a free pre-paid returns service on UK orders through Royal Mail for items returned within 30 calendar days. Email with your order number and reason for the return request. You will then receive emailed instructions for returning your order.

Package the return item securely. Take it to your nearest Post Office and be sure to request a “proof of postage” receipt. Keep hold of it until we have confirmed that your returns have arrived.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If you are returning from outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.


Send us an email at if you wish to exchange an item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if we sent you an incorrect product. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage or the incorrect order to the message. A member of our team will assist to resolve your query as quickly as possible.
