HOW TO USE: After using the body wash of your choice, apply the scrub to palm of hands and rub hands together before spreading on skin. Work from neck to toes, massaging in sweeping circles. For extra moisturisation, leave scrub on skin for 2-3 minutes to allow oils to sink into skin. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry and apply the moisturiser of your choice. We recommend introducing a body scrub once a week and building up use to 3-4 times per week depending on your skin type.
